# Builder Community

The Builder Community will add an option to add more race tracks that will be sold as NFTs on the marketplace; owners of race tracks will get ad revenue and a portion of the house cut. New submissions of animals and cosmetics will receive a royalty bonus into perpetuity for every trade that is made.
